Sunset Roma

I'm really proud to show you this fanart I made for the UPlay Contest.  I discover the contest only 2 days ago and finish tomorrow so I had to act quickly! I had no great idea for a fanart, just some overuse cliché image of Assassin's creed. But finally, I decide to make a concept style art and take the chance to practice landscape speedpainting. I know it's a really big risk because it's not something i'm really good at, need so much practice in landscape. But i think I do something quite nice at first, I wanna make something with a lot dynamic, but this is something that take me long time, thing that I doesn't have right now.

The trick here is that I go in the Brotherhood game and spot I nice place and take picture of my screen...Yeah, don,t know why but the printscreen doesn't wanna cooperate this time
With those picture, I could work the composition and use some building part to save time on the texture.  I also wait the sun in the game to be I a right place to make a beautiful sunset. The probleme is that in picture, it doesn't look nice at all. So to make the palette color, I play with the photosho mode fot contrast, color, hue etc.
Well a lot of guess move to make something interesting.

edit: omg I miss the contest because the hours is the france hours not american...and I was wishing, bah 1-2h in difference maybe but not 6h !! it's 10h am here and for france it already pass the 2hpm limit T_T that's suck so much. I'm so disapointed of the situation.
